摘要
通过分析玻璃自身内应力、生产工艺缺陷及外部应力的冲击,剖析造成汽车风挡玻璃开裂的可能因素。特别应用强度理论对玻璃内应力的产生与扩散形式进行了分析,利用有限元法分析了车身局部刚度及模态频率较低对汽车玻璃开裂的影响,并提出降低汽车玻璃破裂率的解决方案。
By analyzing internal stress of the glass,the production process defects and the impact of external stress,possible factors causing the crack of car windshields are studied.The theory of strength is especially applied to analyze the formation and diffusion mode of the internal stress of the glass.The local rigidity of the car body and low mode frequency also influence on the crack of automotive glass,which is analyzed by finite element method.And the way to reduce the crack of automotive glass is carried out.
