摘要
文章针对某4×2重型载货车的开发,进行前桥转向设计。为了确保转向系统性能,进行运动校核和干涉校核。同时整个转向系统安全性要求很高,所以必须保证关键零部件的强度满足使用要求,文章对转向垂臂和直拉杆进行了强度校核。
This paper aiming at the development of a4×2heavy truck,the front axle steering design.In order to ensure the performance of the steering system,motion checking and interference checking.At the same time,the safety requirements of the whole steering system are very high,therefore,it is necessary to ensure that the strength of the key components to meet the use requirements.in this paper,the strength of the steering knuckle arm and steering draglink is checked.
