摘要
文章对某轻型卡车动转系统匹配与转向直拉杆设计过程进行了详细阐述,包括动转泵与转向器的压力、流量进行匹配计算;运用三维数模对直拉杆进行外形设计及空间干涉校核,对转向直拉杆的强度进行计算分析,对转向系与悬架系的运动干涉进行校核,最终使动转系统匹配及直拉杆设计满足整车开发需求。
the article for a light-duty truck regulated system matching with steering drag link in detail in this paper,the design process,including the regulated pressure and flow of the pump and steering gear matching calculation;Using three dimensional mathematical model of straight rod shape design and space interference checking,calculation and analysis on the strength of the steering drag link,interfere with the movement of steering system and suspension system,this article finally make the regulated system matching and straight rod design meet the demand of vehicle development.
