修井机油电双驱动力传动系统的结构设计

摘要 针对现有油电双驱修井机动力传动系统的结构复杂、传动效率低和动力切换不可靠的问题,开发一种新型油电双驱传动系统。该系统分电驱动和机械驱动两种动力传动路线;电驱动直接从井场电源取电,利用超级电容储能装置进行充放电,通轴电机带动各传动部件完成动力传递;机械驱动从发动机取力,经过各传动部件完成动力传递。该系统结构简单、可靠性高,不仅提高了修井作业时动力传动效率,而且节约了修井成本。通过试验,该系统适用良好。 In view of the problems,complex structure,low transmission efficiency and unreliable power switch,of the power transmission system of the traditional hybrid drive workover rig,a new type of hybrid drive system is developed.The system include two power transmission lines:electric drive and mechanical drive;electric drive draws power directly from the well site and charges or discharges using super reservoir capacitance,co-axial motor drives the transmission part completing power transfer;the mechanical drive draws force from the engine,completing power transfer through the transmission part.The system has the advantages of simple structure and high reliability,not only improves the power transmission efficiency during workover operation,but also saves cost.Through the experiment,the system applies well.
