The Analysis of Heavy Duty Truck Cab Ergonomics

结合某重型卡车驾驶室人机工程设计及车身总布置设计确定工作,应用RAMSIS软件,对样车的驾驶员坐姿舒适性、室内空间、组合仪表遮挡、变速操纵舒适性及上下车方便性进行了校核分析,对新产品的设计进行校核确认,并为下一步改进提供依据。

During ergonomics and general layout design for a heavy duty cab,in this paper,by using RAMSIS,the analysis and check of driver’s seated position comfort,interior space,combination instrument obstructive vision,transmission gear shifter comfort and accessibility of up and down in this cab was made.The check results make sure the designs for the truck cab and provide a reference for improvement.
