摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高,汽车成为现代生活必不可少的一部分,汽车的安全性能越来越受到人们的重视,ABS制动系统作为主要主动安全系统,更是备受关注。其原理是充分利用轮胎和地面的附着系数,主要通过电子电路对制动液压力进行控制的方法来控制车轮制动力。文章论述了奇瑞风云2 ABS的故障诊断与分析,阐述了ABS系统基本组成及其工作原理,总结了ABS系统故障排除分析思路,希望对广大一线维修工作人员具有一定的帮助。
With the improvement of people's living standards,the automobile has become a indispensable part of modern life and the car safety performance attracts more attention.As the main active safety system,the ABS braking system is paid particularly attention.ABS utilize the adhesion coefficient of the tyres and the ground,the wheel braking force mainly controlled by the brake fluid pressure,which controlled by electronic circuit.This paper deals with fault diagnosis and analysis of the Fulwin2ABS system,elaborates the basic composition and working principle of ABS system,and summarizes the mentality of fault exclusion analysis of the ABS system,hoping that it’s helpful to the majority of first-line maintenance staff.
