摘要
基于汽车功能安全标准的要求,对电动汽车整车控制器进行了概念设计。在此基础上,完成了对整车控制器的危害分析和风险评估,确定安全等级和安全目标。搭建了整车控制器的仿真模型,对整车驾驶性能进行测试,测试结果表明此设计能够满足功能安全标准规范,实现了对整车控制器的功能安全设计,对整车控制器的安全开发具有指导意义。
Based on Vehicle functional safety standards,the conceptual design is carried out for electric vehicle controller.On this basis,the project definition,hazard analysis and risk assessment of vehicle controller were completed,then the functional safety level and target were determined.Finally,an simulation mode was established to conduct the simulation test at the conceptual design of vehicle controller.The test results showed that the design can satisfy the vehicle functional safety standards.The functional safety conceptual design of vehicle controller was realized,which has a guiding significance for the safe development of vehicle controller.
