摘要
现代大型雷达设备的内部复杂度不断上升,其设备量快速增长,给雷达监控系统带来巨大的性能压力,原有基于点对点通信或低速串行总线(如RS422总线)的设计已无法满足需求.本文提出一种基于中高速CAN总线的雷达监控系统设计方案,可以仅使用较少线缆就实现对大量设备的高效监控.基于CAN总线的雷达监控系统分为两层,第一层用CAN总线将雷达内部子部件与监控转接板相连,第二层用工业以太网将监控转接板与通用计算机上的监控显示软件相连.监控转接板用以实现UDP报文和CAN总线报文的双向转换,监控显示软件则负责协议的解析和数据的应用.实际应用表明,利用该方案能实现对大规模雷达内部设备高效、可靠的监控.
Along with the rising trend of complexity of new-generation radar,the number of the inside devices increases rapidly,which causes great pressure for the monitoring system.The previous solutions by using point-to-point network or low-speed bus like RS422can no longer meet the new demands.To address such aproblem,this paper presents a new design of monitoring system based on middle and high speed CAN bus.Thenew solution can efficiently control and monitor large quantity of equipment with smaller amount of wire cables.The system consists of two layers:in the bottom layer is used CAN bus to connect all the sub components insideradar with monitoring pinboard;in the upper layer used Ethernet to connect the monitoring pinboard with the monitoring display software of the computer.The monitoring pinboard performs the bilateral switching between UDP message and CAN message,while the monitoring software is responsible for the protocol analysis and data application.Practical applications show that this new design helps to realize efficient and reliable monitoring of a large number of devices inside radar.
