Designing and Implementation of Win CC-based UPS Network Monitoring System

基于马钢公司UPS的使用和维护现状,提出一种利用网络监控和维护的设想,并完成了对网络监控系统的需求分析和模块设计。最后采用WinCC组态软件在后台完成数据处理和记录归档,前台通过动态化、图形化的显示界面形象直观的反映UPS的运行状态,并能完成对历史数据的调取和分析,打印输出各类报表。

Based on current operation and maintenance state of Masteel’s UPS,an idea of monitoring and maintenance via network is put forward and demand analysis and moduledesign of the network monitoring system are completed.Data processing and records archiving are finally achieved at background by WinCC,while the foreground directly reflects UPS running status via dynamic and graph display.Historical data can also be retrieved and analyzed to print all kinds of report.
