化工仿真实训基地在中职“双师型”教师培训作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 在全球经济不断发展以及工业化逐渐占领优势的新世纪,中等职业教育的发展目标已经从单纯的技工教育转变为培养高素质高水平的技能型人才。中等职业教育技能应用型人才的培养目标,要求中等职业教育拥有更高素质的教师队伍,尤其是"双师型"教师队伍的建设和发展,成为提高中职院校教学质量的根本途径。在化工专业中等职业教育中,仿真实训基地为建设有高技能高知识的教师队伍提供根本保障。本文将通过研究化工仿真实训基地在中职"双师型"教师培训方面的作用,得到如何通过实训基地建设有效地提高中职教师能力的途径。 The development and industrialization in the global economy gradually occupy the advantage of the new century,the development of secondary vocational education goal has shifted from the simple mechanic education to cultivate high level of skilled talents with high quality.Secondary vocational education skills applied talents training goal,for secondary vocational education teachers with higher quality,especially the"double type"teachers team construction and development,become the basic way to improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational schools.In the secondary vocational education in chemical major,simulation training base for the construction with high skills teachers provide a fundamental guarantee of knowledge.This article through studies chemical simulation training base in secondary vocational"double division type"the role of the teacher training,how to get through the practice base construction way to raise the capacity of secondary vocational teachers effectively.
