With the fast development of social economy and constant progress of science and technology,the utilization frequency of compressor has constantly been increasing in the field of chemical industrial production,especially that the role of piston compressor has become more and more important.Certainly,the re-use of piston compressor will have various malfunction in the operation process for the equipment aging,ill-formed operation and unreasonable utilization etc.the machine itself and personal factors,and then influence the normal industrial production and running.In this paper,based on the organization structure and application theory of piston compressor,it has taken analysis and study of the common malfunction of piston compressor in the process of repairing and maintenance,besides,put forward the corresponding processing measure so that to promote the practical industrial production efficiency.
