基于变压吸附的低甲烷浓度煤层气脱氮提浓中试

Pilot Plant Test of Low Concentration of Methane Coalbed Methane Denitriding and Concentration Extracting Based on Pressure Swing Adsorption

摘要 建立了一套变压吸附煤层气脱氮提浓的中试装置,对甲烷浓度为5~18%的煤层气进行脱氮提浓试验,实验结果表明,采用带置换的真空变压吸附流程,可以将煤层气甲烷浓度提高至30~60%,适当延长吸附时间,有助于提高产品气甲烷浓度;降低解吸压力,增加均压次数,有助于提高产品气甲烷收率;通过置换流程,可有效提高甲烷浓度,并保证产品气甲烷浓度稳定。 In this paper,it has established one set of pilot-plant for pressure swing adsorption coalbed methane concentration extracting and denitriding,besides,taken concentration extracting and denitriding test on coalbed methane with5~18%methane concentration.The test result has shown that adopting vacuum pressure swing adsorption procedure with replacement can increase the methane concentration of coalbed methane to30~60%,besides,prolonging properly the absorption time is good for improving the methane concentration of products gas.Reducing the desorption pressure and increasing voltage-sharing times is good for improving the methane yield coefficient of products gas,through the replacement procedure,effectively improve the methane concentration and guarantee the methane concentration stability of products gas.
