摘要
根据《测量不确定度评定与表示(JJF1059-1999)》中的规定评定了原子吸收光谱法测定儿童金属产品中总铅含量的不确定度。找出了测试过程中不确定度的来源并逐一分析,最后计算得到合成不确定度为15.0mg/kg ,扩展不确定度为30.0mg/kg。
According to the stipulation in Assessment and Expression of Measure Uncertainty(JJF1059-1999),this paper has assessed the uncertainty of measuring the total lead content of Children metal products by atomic absorption spectrometry,and found out the uncertainty source in the test process besides,taken the analysis one by one,finally,the calculation result has shown that the synthesis uncertainty is15.0mg/kg and extension uncertainty is30.0mg/kg.
