浅谈美白祛斑类化妆品的监督管理策略

Discussion of the Supervision and Administration Strategies for Cosmetics of Whitening and Removing Freckle

随着我国社会经济的快速发展,大量美白祛斑类化妆品为消费者提供了多元化的选择,同时出现的安全质量问题也为消费者健康敲响了警钟。本文透过美白祛斑类化妆品的安全质量问题,分析了法规、监管体系和监督机制等方面的原因,探讨了建立统一权威的监管体系、完善科学的法律和标准体系及社会共治的监管机制加强美白祛斑类化妆品监管的策略,希望能为我国化妆品产业的健康发展提供参考。

With the fast development of China’s social economy,large number of cosmetics of whitening and removing freckle have provided diversified choices,meanwhile,the appeared safety and quality problems have also sent out an alarm for consumers’health.In this paper,in terms of the safety and quality problems for cosmetics of whitening and removing freckles,it has analyzed the reasons of laws and regulations,supervision system and monitoring mechanism etc.,besides,it has also discussed the strategies of building unified and authoritative supervision system,perfecting scientific laws and standard systems,strengthening the monitoring on cosmetics of whitening and removing freckle by the monitoring mechanism of society-cooperative governance,so that to provide reference for the healthy development of China’s cosmetics industry.
