本文从新版食品安全法出发,阐述了新食品安全法对保健食品的要求,通过采用课后调查的方式,分析保健食品标签以及保健食品特有标志"蓝帽子"使用规范性存在的问题,对《食品质量管理》课程教学过程的探索以及提高该课程的教学效果具有重要意义。

Based on the new food safety,this article elaborated the requirements of new food safety law for health food.By using the class survey,analysis the problems in health food label,and it is important to explore the teaching processof"Food Quality Management"course and improve the teaching effect of the course.
