2016年是我国工会工作的发展之年。"服务型教育工会"的创建,是顺利开展各项国家教育工会工作的基础条件。创建新型"服务型教育工会",提高工会的凝聚力和影响力,是工会不断适应社会发展、融入社会各项管理事业中的一个重要举措。学校创建"服务型教育工会",应将"教职工之家"的创建作为基本发展手段。纵观现代学校工会发展状况,仍存在工会组织建设不当、服务意识淡薄、发展特色不强、整体参与度不高等问题。因此,学校"教职工之家"的创建,应以国家方针政策为基础,找准教职工的幸福点,着实建设好"创新型"、"服务型"、"成长型"的新型家庭。
