青年教师浅谈临床药学系教育改革

Educational Revolution of Clinical Pharmacology from an Aspect of Young Teacher

为了进一步提升临床药学教育改革质量,采用"合理分配教师,理论与实际相结合"的方法,加大师资力量,拓展学生在医院的实习领域,进而提升临床药学教学质量,保证临床药学教育水平不断提升。通过临床药师的不断自我学习、后期继续教育与培训,不断提升临床药师专业修养。初步形成高水平、特色鲜明的药学人才教育模式。

In order to further improve the quality of clinical pharmacology's educational revolution,the method of"Reasonable assignment of teachers,combination of theory with practice"should be used.Through introducing more teachers with clinical background,expanding students'clinical internship,further improve the teaching quality and ensure the enhancement of clinical pharmacology education.From continuous self-learning of clinical pharmacist,following education and training,the professional skill of clinical pharmacist would be gradually increased.This would preliminaryform the high level,and distinct feature of pharmacology talent cultivation pattern.
