A New Vision of Modern Public Management

公共管理学是一门研究公共组织,尤其是政府组织管理的活动学科。随着社会发展形态的不断变革,公共管理作为一门新的管理学科,相继在各国政府与社会的治理中应运而生。现代公共管理学在我国综合治理的具体运用中也出现了管理性质、管理范围、管理内容和管理方式的新变化。本文在公共管理学原有发展模式的基础上,对适应时代发展的现代公共管理学的研究对象、性质与发展方式做出了初步的分析,旨在更好地促进我国现代公共管理学更好地完成转型与创新。

Public management is the study of public organization especially the activities of the government organization and management disciplines.With the constant changes in the form of social development,public administration as a new management discipline,successively in governments and social governance arises at the historic moment.Comprehensive control of modern public management in our country has been found in concrete application in nature,management,scope management,management content and new changes in the way of management.Based on the public management development model on the basis of the original,to adapt to the era of the development of the modern public management research object,make a preliminary analysis of the nature and development way,to better promote our country modern public management to better complete the transformation and innovation.
