为了逃避法律的惩罚,犯罪分子往往采取各种手段对现场脚印进行伪装或毁坏,有的还将作案时穿用的鞋扔掉或销毁,以至于即使在现场发现并提取到鞋印,也没有办法对犯罪行为作出认定。不过,由于足迹检验中鞋印花纹属于种类特征,其按一定顺序组合可以具有特定性,因此通过对同一人穿不同花纹鞋留下的鞋印进行分析和检验,可以依据造型体的脚型特征、步态特征、磨损特征和年龄特征而对不同花纹鞋印作出初步的同一认定。

In order to escape the punishment of the law,offenders will resort to various means to fabricate or destroy the footprints on the crime scene.Some desperate offenders throw away or destroy their shoes,which makes it hard to affirm the criminal act even with footprints taken from crime spot.Because footprint patterns belong to the species characteristic,the combination according to certain order can have a kind of specificity.So based on foot shape body characteristics,gait feature,wear feature,and age characteristics of shoes,the paper holds that preliminary consensus determination still can be made in footprint test through testing and analysis on the footprints left by shoes with different patterns worn by the same person.
