浅谈中心管式光缆结构优化

摘要 随着我国光通信行业的飞速发展,光纤光缆的制造技术也得到了长足的发展,但是随着日益竞争激烈的市场,各光缆厂家纷纷研发新产品,对传统光缆的产品结构进行优化升级以及加强对原材料的选型,来保证企业的产品竞争力。本文以GYXTW12B1.3为例,简单讲述了一种新型中心管式光缆的生产方法,着重从光缆生产实践以及理论设计上对光缆结构合理性进行认证,主要从磷化钢丝的优化上对新结构进行探讨。 The fiber optic cable manufacturing technology has achieved great progress along with the rapid development of China's optical communication industry.But with the increasing competition from the market,many cable manufacturers have researched and developed new products.They have optimized and upgraded the product structure and strengthened the selection of raw materialsto ensure the product competitiveness of their enterprises.Based on the case of GYXTW12B1.3,this article briefly describes the production method of a new-type central loose tube optical cable,certifying the reasonableness of the new cable structure from thepoint of production practice and the oretical design.The new structure is discussed mainly from the optimization of phosphating steelwire.
