分析抗菌药物和抑制胃酸分泌药物联合治疗消化性溃疡临床的效果

Analysis of clinical efficacy of combination therapy with antibiotics and gastric acid secretion in the treatment of peptic ulcer

目的系统地研究在消化性溃疡的治疗中使用抗菌药物和抑制胃酸分泌药物的联合疗法的实际价值。方法选取68例消化性溃疡患者进行分组对照研究,结合临床随机表法将其平均地列入观察组与对照组,各34例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组使用抗菌药物和抑制胃酸分泌药物的联合疗法,对比两组治疗前后的症状积分和治疗有效率。结果治疗后,观察组症状积分是(0.6±0.4)分,治疗有效率是94.1%,对照组症状积分是(1.5±0.6)分,治疗有效率是70.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消化性溃疡的治疗中,抗菌药物和抑制胃酸分泌药物的联合疗法的实际价值显著,能够有效地缓解患者的症状,提高治疗有效率,可普及推广。

Objective To study the practical value of combination therapy with antibiotics and gastric acid secretion drugs in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods A total of68patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with34cases.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,the observation group was treated with the combination therapy of antibacterial drugs and the inhibition of gastric acid secretion,and the symptom scores and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the observation group of symptoms is(0.6±0.4),the effective rate of the treatment was94.1%,the control group score is(1.5±0.6),the effective rate of the treatment was70.6%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of peptic ulcer,the actual value of antibacterial drugs and combination therapy drugs significantly inhibit the secretion of gastric acid,can effectively alleviate the symptoms,improve the treatment efficiency,and can be popularized.
