颜面部透明质酸“体验式”注射的合理性与“反复性”注射的科学性探讨

Discussion of the Facial Hyaluronic Acid's Rationality of Experiential Injection and the Scientific of Repetitive Injection

目的:为了研究颜面部同一部位透明质酸注射填充塑形美容中,初次注射与后续注射的差别,进一步探讨"体验式注射"的合理性与"反复性注射"的科学性。方法:2014年1月-2016年6月,收集本院颜面部注射660个部位的病例资料,分别从医生操作、形态塑形、注射后形态演变、就医者满意度及替代手术实施影响五个方面分析同一部位依次注射的差别;同时收集外院注射三次及以上病例中93个部位的资料用于对比分析。结果:本院所有病例,在初次注射时均表现为:操作顺畅,塑形容易,形态满意,注射后形态演变为整体等比例缩小改变,对另行其它手术方案无明显影响;在后续注射中所有评价满意度依次递减。结论:透明质酸注射是一种材料安全、操作便捷的颜面部美容治疗方式,但同一部位注射次数建议控制在两次以内,以第一次的"体验式注射"效果最佳,而后续治疗可以选择传统手术方式获得长期稳定的美容效果;医生应重视多次注射中的变化,与就医者充分沟通,选择合理的治疗方案,以期达到医患双方满意的整形美容效果。

Objective In order to explore the difference of the first injection and subsequent injection which in the same parts of facial hyaluronic acid injection shape beauty.We further explore the rationality of experiential injection and the scientific of repetitive injection.Methods The information of facial injection of660sites were collected from Qianwei cosmetic surgery clinics of Yichang from January2014to June2016,and the difference of the same part injection in turn were analyzed respectively from the doctor operation,morphological shape,and morphological evolution after injection,the patient satisfaction and replacement surgery the effect of implementation.At the same time,the data collected from93sites of more than three cases in the other hospital were analyzed.Results All cases in our hospital,the initial injection were as follows:the most smooth operation,shaping most easily,form the most satisfactory.After injection the change of reducing narrowing proportion form for whole.After the injection other separate operation program had no obvious effect.After the injection of other surgical treatmenthad no obvious effect separately.In the follow-up,all the evaluations were reduced in turn.According to the comprehensive judgment of the author and the patients,the satisfaction of the initial injection was the highest.Conclusion Hyaluronic acid injection is a kind of material can be absorbed,easy to operate facial cosmetic treatment.But it is recommended that the same part injection frequency control within two times,with the first experiential injection best.And subsequent treatment can choose safe and reliable ways of traditional surgical methods to obtain long-term stable cosmetic effect.Doctors should pay more attention to the changes in the multiple injections,communicate with the patient,select a reasonable treatment plan,in order toachieve the satisfaction of both doctors and patients and the final results.
