急诊头面部外伤特点分析与早期护理干预

The Characteristics Analysis and Early Nursing Intervention of Emergency Cephalprosops Injury Cases

目的:通过对急诊头面部外伤特点的分析,探讨早期护理干预对手术效果的影响。方法:回顾性分析整理我院整形外科自2014年3月-2015年12月收治的31例急诊头面部外伤患者,对其特点进行分析并总结综合性护理经验,包括急诊入院时的快速评估伤情、强调生命第一的原则、积极心理干预、术前准备以及术后伤口的观察与护理、饮食指导、口腔护理、健康教育、心理支持等。结果:本组31例头面部外伤中,29例能Ⅰ期愈合,仅2例因出现感染导致瘢痕增生需要进行Ⅱ期整形修复。结论:积极做好急诊头面部外伤患者入院时的快速评估和早期护理干预,有利于减少伤口感染和瘢痕增生等并发症的发生,降低头面部外伤创面Ⅱ期修复的几率,有效提高了患者的满意度。

Objective To discuss the Characteristic of cephal-prosops injury emergency cases and put forward early nursing intervention in order to improve the success rate of operation.Methods Retrospective analysis of31cases of cephal-prosops injury hospitalization in our department from March2014to December2015,explore the clinical features of the patients,and then summarize the comprehensive nursing experiments,including rapid assessment in emergency setting,psychological nursing before operation,preoperative preparation,postoperative wound observation,diet guidance,oral care,health education,and psychological support,et al.Results In these31cephal-prosops injury cases,29cases healed perfectly except2cases with infection causing scar hyperplasia,needed the secondary repair surgery.Conclusion Positive and rapid assessment,with early nursing intervention,can reduce the incidence of complications.It can effectively decrease the chance of the secondary repair operation to cephal-prosops injury emergency case.
