教育对于富二代的歧视：实践表现与文化根源--以广州的教育叙事研究为例

Educational Discrimination for Rich Second Generation: Practical Manifestation and Cultural Roots——As an Educational Narrative Research from Guangzhou

中国传统文化中的平均主义与教育的功利主义思想相互交织,促使当代学校教育的价值更多指向改变穷人命运的功利性与对富二代的歧视。通过对延循这一逻辑的教育叙事研究发现:教育对于富二代的歧视充斥于学校教育实践的诸多方面,包括教育目的、教育要求、教育方式、思想教育、教育资源分配、班级活动组织、心理归因等。本研究进一步认为,这一歧视根源于中国传统文化中的平均主义思想,与西方教育理论所展示的教育偏向于上层阶层具有一定的差异,同时提醒人们从文化层面反思本土教育实践中的不平等。

Egalitarianism in Chinese traditional culture and the education of utilitarianism thought lead to the contemporary school education value which aims at changing the lives of the poor anddiscrimination on rich second generation.The educational narrative research finds that the educational discrimination pervades many aspects of school education practice,including educational aim,educational requirements,educational style,ideological education,education resources allocation,class activities organize,psychological attribution etc.The research suggests that such discrimination is rooted in traditional egalitarianism thoughts in Chinese traditional culture.This study displays the differencs of the western education theories which advocate education preference on upper class,while reminds people to reflect inequality in native education from the cultural dimensions of inequality.
