深圳市民办学校非在编教师生存状态调查

A Survey of Non-state-paid Teachers' Living Condition in Shenzhen Private Schools

摘要 非在编教师作为一个特殊的教师群体,是民办学校教师队伍结构的主要组成部分。其生存状况影响教师流动,成为关乎民办学校稳健发展的关键因素。通过调查发现,深圳虽地处经济发达区域,其民办学校非在编教师的生存状况却不容乐观,教师面对诸如工资待遇低、保障水平低、工作量大且教学任务重、生活困难重重、工作心态不稳定等生存之困。提高非在编教师待遇水平、减压减量、树立主人翁意识是当前解决非在编教师生存问题的重要举措。 As a special group of teachers,non-state-paid teachers are the main components of the structure of private school teachers,and their living conditions affect the flow of teachers.Through thesurvey,it is found that Shenzhen is in economically developed areas,non-state-paid teachers'survival situation in the private school is not optimistic,teachers face lots of problems such as low wages,low level of protection,heavy and heavy teaching tasks,life and survival difficulty.It is important to improve nonstatepaid teachers'treatment and social security,reduce the administrative and academic pressure on nonstatepaid teachers.
