多元智能理论在高校旅游管理应用型人才培养应用研究

Research on Application of Multi-intelligence Theory to Higher School's Training of Practical Talents in Charge of Tourist Management

当前,我国的高等教育虽然能为旅游业提供一定数量以及优质的旅游管理人才,但是,它与旅游业发展对人才的实际需求却存在着巨大的矛盾。如果该矛盾不解决,就会抑制旅游产业的发展与壮大。本文正是从这一目的出发,试图将霍华德·加德纳的多元智能理论引入高校旅游应用型人才培养教学之中,以解决当前旅游业对应用型人才的需求问题。

At present,there exists a contradiction between higher education and the employment of tourism industry,i.e.between supply and demand.By applying the Multi-intelligence Theory into the training of talents in charge of tourist management,it should be solved,and the tourism industry will employ the appropriate talents.
