血管外光子照射治疗高血压、高血脂和高血糖患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of the curative effect of extravascular photon irradiation on patients with hypertension,hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia

目的:观察与分析血管外光子照射对高血压、高血脂和高血糖患者临床疗效的影响。方法:选择在医院就诊的66例高血压、高血脂和高血糖患者,进行腕部桡动脉及手掌部位血管外光子照射治疗。测定治疗前及治疗5 d、10 d后患者血压、血脂(总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白)和空腹血糖的数值,观察血管外光子照射治疗对高血压、高血脂和高血糖患者的治疗效果。结果:高血压患者接受光子照射治疗5 d、10 d后有效率分别是51.72%、89.66%;高血脂患者接受光子照射治疗5 d、10 d后有效率分别是46.67%、86.67%;高血糖患者接受光子照射治疗5 d、10 d后有效率分别是48.08%、78.85%,照射治疗高血压、高血脂和高血糖5 d、10 d后的有效率比较差异均有显著统计学意义(x^2=16.80,P<0.01)。结论:血管外光子照射治疗能降低高血压、高血脂及高血糖,操作简便、治疗无交叉感染、无不良反应,为高血压、高血脂及高血糖患者提供一种无创的、新的治疗方法,值得在临床上应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of extravascular photon irradiation for patients with hypertension,hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia.Methods:66patients with hypertension,hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia who were treated with extravascular photon irradiation on radial artery of wrist and palm.The data of blood pressure,blood lipids(total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein)and fasting blood glucose weremeasured before and after treatment for5days and10days.And to observe the therapeutic effect of extravascular photon radiation for patients with hypertension,hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia.Results:After patients with hypertension were treated by using photon irradiation for5days and10days,the effective rates of the two time intervals were51.72%and89.66%,respectively.After patients with hyperlipidemia were treated by using photon irradiation for5days and10days,the effective rates of the two time intervals were46.67%and86.67%,respectively.After patients with hyperglycemia were treated by using photon irradiation for5days and10days,the effective rates of the two time intervals were48.08%and78.85%,respectively.Besides,the differences of effective rates between5days and10days after photon irradiation for patients with hypertension,hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia,respectively,were significance(x2=16.80,P<0.01).Conclusion:Extravascular photon therapy which is easy to operate,and without cross-infection and side effects can reduce hypertension,hyperlipemia and hyperglycemia.This new therapy can provide a non-invasive and new treatment methods for patients with hypertension,hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia,it is worthy to widely apply in clinical practice.
