药学服务对高血压患者用药依从性和临床效果的影响

Influence by pharmaceutical service on medication compliance and clinical effect in hypertension patients

目的探讨药学服务对高血压患者用药依从性和临床效果的影响。方法 80例高血压患者,随机分成干预组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,干预组在常规药物治疗的基础上加用全程的药学服务干预,比较治疗3个月后两组患者的用药依从性、治疗效果和生活质量改善程度。结果治疗3个月后,干预组完全依从率、总依从率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者血压达标率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组躯体功能、社会功能、情感功能和心理功能评分分别为(76.9±4.4)、(81.4±2.9)、(80.6±4.8)、(78.9±3.7)分,均高于对照组的(59.1±5.2)、(72.5±3.4)、(59.8±4.8)、(52.4±2.9)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程的药学服务干预可及时发现患者的用药问题并给予针对性的指导,能明显提高患者的用药依从性和治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate influence by pharmaceutical service on medication compliance and clinical effect in hypertension patients.Methods A total of80patients with hypertension were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with40cases in each group.The control group received conventional drug therapy,and the intervention group received additional whole course pharmaceutical service intervention to conventional drug therapy.Comparison was made on medication compliance,curative effect and improvement degree in quality of life after3months of treatment between the two groups.Results After3months of treatment,the intervention group had both higher total compliance rate and total compliance rate than the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The intervention group had higher blood pressure standard reaching rate than the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The intervention group had scores of physical function,social function,emotional function and psychological function respectively as(76.9±4.4),(81.4±2.9),(80.6±4.8)and(78.9±3.7)points,which were all higher than(59.1±5.2),(72.5±3.4),(59.8±4.8)and(52.4±2.9)points in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Whole course pharmaceutical service intervention can timely reveal medication issues in patients and provide target guidance.This method can remarkably improve medication compliance and curative effect in patients,and improve their quality of life.It is worth clinical promotion.
