曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效分析

Analysis on clinical curative effect of trimetazidine in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris

目的观察分析曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 90例不稳定型心绞痛患者作为本次研究的观察对象,采用数字表法将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者单纯使用常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上采用曲美他嗪进行治疗。将两组患者治疗前后的校正QT离散度(QTcd)、心肌缺血指标(ST段下移、T波倒置)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)进行对比,并观察两组患者心血管事件发生的情况。结果治疗前两组患者的QTcd、ST段下移、T波倒置、LVEF、LVEDD比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的QTcd、ST段下移、T波倒置、LVEF、LVEDD均较治疗前改善,且观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗期间心血管事件发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的22.22%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上使用曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者的效果更为可观,可改善患者的心肌缺血情况,且安全性高,值得广泛推广。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of trimetazidine in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods A total of90unstable angina pectoris patients as observation subjects of this study were divided by random number table method into observation group and control group,with45cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,and the observation group received trimetazidine for treatment on the basis of conventional therapy.Comparison were made on QT corrected dispersion(QTcd),myocardial ischemia indexes(ST segment depression,inversed T wave),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)in two groups and observation was made on occurrence of cardiovascular events in two groups.Results Before treatment,both groups had no statistically significant difference in QTcd,ST segment depression,inversed T wave,LVEF and LVEDD(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups had improved QTcd,ST segment depression,inversed T wave,LVEF and LVEDD than before treatment,and the observation group had better improvement degree than the control group.Their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had lower incidence of cardiovascular events during treatment as6.67%than22.22%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine shows excellent effect in treating unstable angina pectoris on the basis of conventional therapy,and it can improve myocardial ischemia in patients with high safely.So it is worthy of wide promotion.
