胸腔镜辅助漏斗胸NUSS矫形术治疗先天性漏斗胸的临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect of thoracoscope assisted funnel chest NUSS orthopaedic surgery in the treatment of congenital funnel chest

目的分析胸腔镜辅助漏斗胸NUSS矫形术治疗先天性漏斗胸的临床效果。方法 62例先天性漏斗胸患者,随机分为对照组与研究组,各31例。对照组给予常规手术治疗,研究组给予胸腔镜辅助漏斗胸NUSS矫形术治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率、并发症发生率分别为100.00%、0,均优于对照组的80.65%、22.58%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术中出血量(5.5±1.3)ml、住院时间(7.1±1.7)d、治疗满意度评分(98.5±0.5)分均优于对照组(25.4±2.1)ml、(12.5±2.6)d、(89.5±1.6)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜辅助漏斗胸NUSS矫形术治疗先天性漏斗胸,疗效确切,安全可靠,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of thoracoscope assisted funnel chest NUSS orthopaedic surgery in the treatment of congenital funnel chest.Methods A total of62patients were randomly divided into control group and research group,with31cases in each group.The control group received conventional operation for treatment,and the research group received thoracoscope assisted funnel chest NUSS orthopaedic surgery for treatment.Treatment effect was compared in two groups.Results The research group had total effective rate and incidence of complications respectively as100.00%and0,which were all better than80.65%and22.58%in the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Both groups had no statistically significant difference in operation time(P>0.05).The research group had intraoperative bleeding volume as(5.5±1.3)ml,hospital stay time as(7.1±1.7)d and treatment satisfaction degree score as(98.5±0.5)points than(25.4±2.1)ml,(12.5±2.6)d and(89.5±1.6)points,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Thoracoscope assisted funnel chest NUSS orthopaedic surgery shows affirm curative effect in the treatment of congenital funnel chest,and it is safe and reliable.So it is worth promotion.
