甲氧氯普胺在偏头痛治疗中的应用及可行性研究

Research of application and feasibility of metoclopramide in the treatment of migraine

目的研究甲氧氯普胺在偏头痛治疗中的应用及可行性。方法 80例偏头痛患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组患者给予甲氧氯普胺治疗,对照组患者给予常规治疗。比较两组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组VAS评分为(2.5±0.9)分,低于对照组的(4.4±1.3)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组的77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲氧氯普胺在偏头痛治疗中的应用效果好,具有可行性。

Objective To research application and feasibility of metoclopramide in the treatment of migraine.Methods A total of80patients with migraine were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with40cases in each group.The observation group received metoclopramide for treatment,and the control group received conventional therapy.Comparison was made on visual analogue scale(VAS)score,clinical effect,and adverse reactions condition between the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group had lower VAS score as(2.5±0.9)points than(4.4±1.3)points,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate in treatment as92.5%than77.5%in the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had lower incidence of adverse reactions than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoclopramide contains excellent application effect and feasibility in treating migraine.
