头孢地嗪钠治疗62例早期梅毒疗效观察

Observation of curative effect by cefodizime sodium in the treatment of 62 early syphilis cases

目的探讨头孢地嗪钠治疗早期梅毒的临床疗效。方法 115例早期梅毒的患者,根据青霉素皮试是否过敏分为观察组(62例)和对照组(53例)。观察组患者青霉素皮试阳性且头孢地嗪钠皮试阴性,采用头孢地嗪钠治疗;对照组患者青霉素皮试阴性,采用苄星青霉素治疗。比较两组疗效和不良反应。结果两组患者皮疹均在治疗后半个月消退。观察组患者快速血浆反应素环状卡片试验(RPR)滴度1年内阴转48例,2年内阴转14例,痊愈率为96.8%,总有效率为100.0%;对照组RPR滴度1年内血清学阴转30例,2年阴转23例,痊愈率为98.1%,总有效率为100.0%。两组患者痊愈率和总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组无不良反应发生,对照组2例在臀部深部肌内注射部位出现硬结,经毛巾热敷后逐步缓解,不影响临床治疗。结论头孢地嗪钠治疗早期梅毒安全有效,可以推广用于青霉素过敏患者的替代治疗。

Objective To investigate clinical effect by cefodizime sodium in the treatment of early syphilis.Methods A total of115patients with early syphilis were divided by irritability outcomes of penicillin skin test into observation group(62cases)and control group(53cases).The observation group showed positive penicillin skin test and negative cefodizime sodium skin test,and they received cefodizime sodium for treatment.The control group showed negative penicillin skin test,and they received benzathine benzylpenicillin for treatment.Curative effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Both groups had gradually vanished rash within half a month.The observation group had48negative conversion cases of rapid plasma reagin test(RPR)titer within1year and14negative conversion cases within2years,along with cure rate as96.8%and total effective rate as100.0%.The control group had30negative conversion cases of RPR titer within1year and23negative conversion cases within2years,along with cure rate as98.1%and total effective rate as100.0%.There was no statistically significant difference of cure rate and total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group had no case with adverse reactions,while there were2cases with induration at intramuscular injection area of hip,which was relieved after hot compress without any influence on clinical treatment.Conclusion Cefodizime sodium is safe and effective in treating early syphilis,and it can be applied as replacement therapy for patients with penicillin anaphylaxis.
