间苯三酚在产程活跃期的干预对产妇剖宫产率的影响

Influence by phloroglucinol for active phase of labor stage intervention on cesarean section rate in puerpera

目的研究并探讨间苯三酚在产程活跃期干预对产妇剖宫产率的影响。方法 100例产妇,遵循单盲随机分配原则将产妇分为观察组和对照组,各50例。所有待产妇进入产程活跃期时,对照组给予常规待产观察产程,观察组在进入活跃期后给予间苯三酚。比较两组产妇的产程时间、宫颈水肿发生率、剖宫产率、新生儿Apgar评分。结果观察组产妇的第一产程、第二产程明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组第三产程比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组产妇宫颈水肿发生率为8%、剖宫产率为12%明显低于对照组的24%和28%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿的Apgar评分为(8.76±0.82)分,明显高于对照组的(7.89±0.71)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产程活跃期采用间苯三酚进行干预,可有效促进产妇产程进展,加快分娩速度,还可减少剖宫产,改善母婴结局。

Objective To research and investigate influence by phloroglucinol for active phase of labor stage intervention on cesarean section rate in puerpera.Methods A total of100puerpera were divided by single blind random distribution principle into observation group and control group,with50cases in each group.During their active phase of labor stage,the control group received conventional predelivery observation,and the observation group received phloroglucinol after active phase of labor stage.Comparison was made on labor stage time,incidence of cervical edema,cesarean section rate,and neonatal Apgar score between the two groups.Results The observation group had obviously shorter first and second stage of labor than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference of third stage of labor between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group had much lower incidence of cervical edema as8%and cesarean section rate as12%than24%and28%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had obviously higher neonatal Apgar score as(8.76±0.82)points than(7.89±0.71)points in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Implement of phloroglucinol for intervention in active phase of labor stage can effectively promote labor progress,accelerate delivery speed,reduce cesarean section and improve mother-infant outcome.
