替罗非班在心肌梗死急诊介入治疗中的应用与护理

Application and nursing by tirofiban in interventional therapy for myocardial infarction

目的探讨替罗非班在心肌梗死急诊介入治疗中的应用效果护及理体会。方法 112例行急诊介入治疗的心肌梗死患者,随机分为常规组和治疗组,每组56例。常规组患者采取常规介入治疗,治疗组在常规组基础上加用替罗非班治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗总有效率及治疗期间不良事件发生率。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为92.9%,常规组治疗总有效率为76.8%,治疗组临床总有效率明显高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论替罗非班对心肌梗死急诊介入治疗患者具有较好的临床效果,有助于改善其血流情况以及减少不良事件发生率。

Objective To investigate application effect and nursing experience by tirofiban in interventional therapy for myocardial infarction.Methods A total of112patients with myocardial infarction in interventional therapy were randomly divided into conventional group and treatment group,with56cases in each group.The conventional group received conventional interventional therapy,and the treatment group received additional tirofiban for treatment to therapy in the conventional group.Comparison was made on total effective rate in clinical treatment and incidence of adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups.Results The treatment group had total effective rate in treatment as92.9%,and the conventional group had total effective rate in treatment as76.8%.The treatment group had obviously higher total effective rate in treatment than the conventional group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The difference of incidence of adverse reactions during treatment had statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Tirofiban provides remarkable clinical effect in interventional therapy for myocardial infarction,and it is helpful to improve blood flow situation and lower incidence of adverse reactions.
