负压创面治疗技术应用于难愈性伤口的护理体会 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究分析负压创面治疗技术在难愈性伤口应用的护理效果及体会。方法 68例难愈性伤口患者,运用负压创面治疗技术并进行全方位的综合护理,观察记录患者护理前后的疼痛评分[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估]、白细胞计数及护理后的临床效果。结果护理后患者VAS评分(4.67±1.26)分和白细胞计数(7.3±0.8)×109/L均显著低于护理前(8.67±2.26)分、(12.6±2.4)×109/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经统计,68例患者运用负压创面治疗技术并进行全方位的综合护理,均病情好转后出院,经随访均无严重并发症出现,预后良好。结论对有难愈性伤口的患者进行负压创面治疗技术并进行全方位的综合护理临床疗效较好,能有效缩短伤口愈合时间,控制局部感染,减轻患者的疼痛程度,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广。 Objective To study and analyze the nursing effect and experience of negative pressure wound therapy applied in refractory wound.Methods A total of68patients with refractory wound received comprehensive nursing in all directions by negative pressure wound therapy,and observation were made on pain score[visual analogue scale(VAS)evaluation],white blood cell count before and after nursing and clinical effect after nursing.Results Patients had VAS score after nursing as(4.67±1.26)points,white blood cell count as(7.3±0.8)×109/L,which were all significantly lower than before nursing of(8.67±2.26)points and(12.6±2.4)×109/L,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.01).68patients receiving comprehensive nursing in all directions by negative pressure wound therapy all got better after hospital discharge,no severe complications appeared in follow-up reviews and their prognosis is good.Conclusion For patients with refractory wound,comprehensive nursing in all directions by negative pressure wound therapy can effectively shorten wound healing time,control local infection,reduce the pain level of patients,and it has high clinical value.So it is worthy of promotion.
