针对性护理对压疮高危患者预防依从性的影响

Impact of targeted nursing on preventive compliance of high risk pressure sore patients

目的探讨针对性护理对压疮高危患者预防依从性的影响。方法 100例压疮高危人群,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者行常规护理,实验组患者在对照组基础上行针对性护理,比较两组患者的压疮预防依从性和护理满意度。结果实验组患者压疮高危患者压疮发生率为0,低于对照组的12.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者完全依从率为90.0%,优于对照组的58.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理满意度为96.0%,高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理运用于压疮高危患者,能够有效提升患者预防的依从性,有效促进其护理满意度的提升,减少压疮发生,有效保证患者安全。

Objective To explore the impact of targeted nursing on preventive compliance of high risk pressure sore patients.Methods A total of100high risk pressure sore patients were divided by random number table method into experimental group and control group,with50cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the experimental group received targeted nursing on the basis of the control group.Comparison were made on preventive compliance of pressure sore and nursing satisfaction degree in two groups.Results The experimental group had lower incidence of pressure sore as0than12.00%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The experimental group had better total compliance rate as90.0%than58.0%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The experimental group had higher nursing satisfaction degree as96.0%than80.0%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of targeted nursing on high risk pressure sore patients can effectively improve their preventive compliance,effectively promote nursing satisfaction degree,reduce occurrence of pressure sore,and ensure safety of patients.
