心理支持治疗在不孕不育中的作用分析

Analysis of effect by psychological support in the treatment of infertility and sterility

目的探讨对不孕不育患者实施心理支持治疗的作用,为日后临床治疗提供参考与指导。方法 130例不孕不育患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组65例。对照组采用常规心理干预方法进行治疗,观察组采用心理支持疗法进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者中显效35例,有效28例,无效2例,治疗总有效率为96.9%,对照组患者中显效27例,有效23例,无效15例,治疗总有效率为76.9%,观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对不孕不育患者实施心理支持治疗后,可增加患者心理上的自信,有效排解生理上的应激反应,促使患者在夫妻生活过程中更加和谐,患者不孕不育康复的几率更高,建议在今后的临床治疗中,将心理支持治疗推广应用。

Objective To investigate effect by psychological support in the treatment of infertility and sterility patients,and to provide reference and guidance for further clinical treatment.Methods A total of130patients with infertility and sterility as study subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with65cases in each group.The control group received conventional psychological intervention for treatment,and the observation group received psychological support for treatment.Clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results There were35excellent cases,28effective cases and2ineffective cases in the observation group,with total effective rate in treatment as96.9%.The control group had27excellent cases,23effective cases and15ineffective cases,with total effective rate in treatment as76.9%.The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate than the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Implement of psychological support for patients with infertility and sterility can enhance psychological self-confidence,effectively relieve physiological stress reaction,promote harmonious sexual life,along with high rehabilitation rate of infertility and sterility.This method is recommended for promotion and application in further clinical treatment.
