重置宫内节育器吉妮致美避孕效果的临床观察

Clinical observation on contraceptive effect of replacement of intrauterine device Geneflux

目的探讨重置宫内节育器(IUD)吉妮致美在临床中的避孕效果。方法 160例IUD重置患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成观察组和对照组,各80例,观察组给予吉妮致美节育器,对照组给予TCu380A节育器,对比分析两组在临床中的效果及不良反应发生情况。结果经过放置不同的节育器后,观察组的不良反应发生率为5.00%(4/80),对照组的不良反应发生率为16.25%(13/80),观察组在节育器的脱落率、因症取出率、续用率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重置吉妮致美可显著改善放置IUD后导致的疼痛、出血、脱落率,降低因症取出率,适合在临床上推而广之。

Objective To explore the contraceptive effect of replacement of intrauterine device(IUD)Geneflux.Methods A total of160patients with replacement of IUD as study subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with80cases in each group.The observation group received Geneflux intrauterine device,and the control group received TCu380A intrauterine device.Comparison and analysis were made on clinical effect and occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups.Results After replacement of different intrauterine devices,the observation group had incidence of adverse reactions as5.00%(4/80),while the control group had incidence of adverse reactions as16.25%(13/80).The observation group had better expulsion rate of intrauterine devices,take-off rate due to symptom and continuation rate than the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Replacement of Geneflux can significantly improve pain,bleeding and expulsion rate caused by IUD placement,and reduce take-off rate due to symptom.So it is suitable for popularization in clinic.
