高校社团健康发展的思考

学生社团由于其组织的自发性,活动的自主性,人员的年轻化,正越来越受到青年学生的欢迎。然而,由于大学生自身的不足与局限性,大学社团一方面是蓬勃发展,另一方面也出现了诸如活动缺乏创新、组织混乱、内部交流缺乏、管理不善等不少弊端。本文以"高校社团健康发展的思考"为研究论题,从高校团委与社团发展、社团负责人与社团发展、社团之间合作交流与发展、社团内部建设与发展四方面对社团发展进行分析,旨在为社团发展提供更好的途径和策略。
