To promote the construction of style of study is a long and arduous task of colleges and universities,but also an important measure to improve the quality of education and cultivate talents under the background of popularization of higher education.As a kind of management mechanism,psychological contract is widely used in management field.This paper explores the applicability of psychological contract in the construction of college students,and constructs the psychological contract in the construction of college students by means of clear and reasonableexpectation,establishing benign communication,using emotional encouragement and building harmonious campus culture.
