知识管理理念下高校档案信息服务创新研究

Research on the Innovation of University Archives Information Service under the Idea of Nnowledge Management

随着我国新课改内容的不断落实,这使得现阶段我国的高校档案管理更趋向于科学化、合理化,但是,在实践发展的过程中仍旧存在诸多的问题亟待解决,笔者基于这一情况,对处于知识管理背景下的高校档案管理方式进行了切实的分析和研究,而后提出了切实的高校信息创新管理措施,以下为详述。

With the content of the new curriculum reform in our country to implement,so that at the present stage of China's university archives management tends to be more scientific and reasonable,but,in the process of development in practice there are still many problems to be solved,the author based on this situation,the knowledge management of university archives management mode under the background of science analysis and study of practical,then puts forward the innovation of information management measures of colleges and universities,the following is detailed.
