“三位一体化”应用型本科院校校企合作模式研究

针对当前应用型本科院校校企合作出现的问题,对由政府、高校和企业组成的三位一体化的校企合作人才培养模式进行探索,提出以企业需求为契机、内涵建设为根本和服务地方经济为使命的建设应用型本科院校校企合作人才培养模式新途径,并以建立应用型本科院校校企合作长效机制为出发点,对政府在其中所起到的推动作用给出了具体建议。

In view of problems in the current university-enterprise cooperation for application-oriented university,this paper explores the personnel training mode which is consist of government,university and enterprises.A new way of talent training mode is put forward based on the requirement of the enterprise,construction of connotation and service for development of provincial economy.In the new mode,long-term effective mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation is the first consideration.Detailed recommendations also are given to the government for how to play an important role in the process of university-enterprise cooperation.
