试论加强大学生文化素质教育的途径及其评价体系的构建

On the Ways of Strengthening the Education of College Students' Cultural Quality and the Construction of Its Evaluation System

我国高校的文化素质教育工作开展十八年来取得了一定的成效,在人才的培养方面做出了一定的贡献。但是,随着社会的不断进步和发展以及社会之间竞争的日益激烈,大学生的文化素质教育也需要有创新和调整。在高校加强大学生的文化素质教育,可以促进第一课堂和第二课堂的有效结合、促进知识学习和能力提升相结合、加强教师队伍建设三个方面入手。同时还应该建立一个科学、客观的评价体系,为文化素质教育的更好开展提供促进作用。

The cultural quality education in Colleges and universities in China has achieved some results in eighteen years,and has made some contribution to the cultivation of talents.However,with the continuous progress and development of society and the increasingly fierce competition between society,the cultural quality education of college students also need to have innovation and adjustment.In Colleges and universities to strengthen the cultural quality education of college students,can promote the effective combination of the first class and the second class,promote the combination of knowledge learning and ability promotion,strengthen the construction of teachers in three aspects.At the same time,a scientific and objective evaluation systemshould be set up to promote the development of cultural quality education.
