摘要
本文从用人单位、高校、大学生自身三方面,分析了当今的大学生实习制度存在的问题。在加拿大,政府制定相关制度引导鼓励企业接受实习生,高校建立灵活的人才培养机制,企业乐于培养实习生为企业储备人才,这些都为我们提供了参考。因此,我国应该从建立和完善实习法律法规、引导激励企业接受实习生、建立灵活的人才培养及实习评价体系,鼓励学生积极参与实习等方面切实改变目前实习的现状,提高实习效果。
This article analyzes the problems in the practice system of today's University students from the employing units,Universities and students themselves.The Canadian government establishes relevant systems to guide and encourage enterprises to accept interns,colleges and universities establishes flexible t training mechanism,enterprises are willing to train intern for enterprise reserve of talents,these can provide reference for us.Developing and improving the practice laws and regulations,guiding the enterprises to accept interns,establishing flexible personnel training and practice evaluation system,encouraging students to actively participate in internships,these will change the current situation of practice and improve the practice effects.
