近年来,教育行业得到了巨大的发展,国家也在不断加强对教师的培训力度,教师培训的形式也不断趋于多样化、多元化。然而,在这一过程中,教师培训也存在着诸多不足之处,尤其体现在其培训的有效性和实效性上。本文通过分析当前教师培训存在的诸多问题,提出解决方案,从而为提高教师培训有效性和时效性给出一些切实可行的建议。

In recent years,the education industry got great development,the country is to strengthen the training of teachers,teacher training also tend to be diversified and diversification.However,in this process,the teacher training there are many deficiencies,particularly on its validity and effectiveness of the training.In this paper,by analyzing the problems existing in the current teacher training and puts forward the solution,thus to improve the teachers'training effectiveness and timeliness gives some feasible suggestions.
