Influencing Factors of Graduate Students' Enrollment and Dynamic Calculation of Enrollment Quota

调研了二级学院研究生名额分配的常见方法,对影响研究生招生的因素进行了全面分析,在此基础上提出了一种研究生招生名额动态测算方法,该方法综合考量了招生总数、教师科研能力、研究生培养绩效等方面,利于青年教师的成长。经试用取得了良好效果。本项研究有助于合理分配研究生资源,提高研究生培养质量,保障科研工作的顺利开展,最终促进一流大学和一流学科的建设。

This paper analyzes the common methods of the quota allocation of the graduate students in school level,and puts forward a new method for the dynamic calculation of the graduate students'enrollment.It comprehensively considers the factors including total enrollment,the research ability of supervisors,the quality of students'cultivation,andfacilities the growth of young teachers.Fairly good results have been achieved through the trial.This study is helpful tothe following aspects:to allocate graduate resources under fair and reasonable conditions,to improve the quality of postgraduate education,to ensure the smooth development of research work,and ultimately to promote the construction of first-class universities and first-class disciplines.
