摘要
食品工程行业已成为我国的支柱产业,它的巨大潜力不容忽视。市场对专业型运用型人才的需求极大,而目前国内在这块正处于空缺状态,因此食品科学与工程的实践教学变得尤为重要。
Food engineering industry has become a pillar industry of our country,its huge potential cannot be ignored.The market demand of the apparatus using type talented person is great.At present it is vacant in domestic field,so it is more and more important for the practice teaching of food engineering.
