动物科学学科一直承担着为新疆畜牧业发展输送畜牧专业人才和为地方动物生产提供技术服务的重任,但随着新形势的需求和新疆畜牧业发展的需要,现有的管理理念和人才培养模式已不能满足新疆畜牧业发展对人才的需求;因此,动物科学学科在课程设置、教学内容、师资建设及实践教学等方面进行了人才培养模式的改革与创新,并取得了一定成效,实现了动物科学学科创新人才培养与地方畜牧业发展所需高层次畜牧人才的有效对接。

Always bear the animal science disciplines as conveying specialists in the field of animal husbandry and animal husbandry in Xinjiang to provide technical services for the local animal production burden,but as the demand of the new situation and the needs of the development of animal husbandry in Xinjiang,the existing management concept and talent training mode can not meet the requirements of Xinjiang animal husbandry development of talent;Therefore,animal science course in the curriculum,teaching content,faculty construction,practice teaching has carried on the talent training mode reform and innovation,and has obtained certain result,realized the animal science innovation talents with high level required for a local animal husbandry development of animal husbandry and talent effective docking.
