院聘督导制在本科课堂教学中应用的效果评价 被引量:2

摘要 当前我国高等教育已从精英化转向大众化阶段,高考人数不断减少,大学生就业难等问题凸显,高校的教学质量成为社会普遍关心的话题。本文以促进本科课堂教学水平为目的,选拔教学经验丰富的督导随机听课并记录,结合学生填写的课堂教学评价表,通过对听课结果进行数据分析,并制作调查问卷,评价院聘督导对课堂教学的影响。实践发现,院聘督导制有助于增强教师的教学责任感,并可作为一种长效机制运行。 Teaching quality of the university has becoming the hot topic by current society,since many reasons such as,the students who accept the higher education has changed from elite to popular stage,the number of people competing to get into China's universities has reduced a lot,and the employment of college students has becoming more difficult.In this paper,we organized a supervision group of our college by selecting4professors with rich teaching experiences,they listened to the teachers in classes randomly and recorded,their effects were evaluated through Data Analysis、Questionnaires and the evaluating table of classroom teaching quality filled by students.Practice found that the college supervision system helps to enhance the teachers'sense of responsibility,and can be used as a long-term mechanism.
