实验教学中心文化是大学文化的重要组成部分,是领导人员、管理人员和实验参与者在对实验室建设、管理和使用中不断创造的物质和精神财富总和。本文探讨了中心文化的内涵和价值,提出中心文化必须要融入学校主流文化,体现大学精神和学校办学特色。分析了中心文化和人才培养的内在联系,提出中心文化、人才培养目标、培养方案和学风建设紧密结合。阐述了中心文化引领创新人才培养的主要措施,对于实验教学中心建设和人才培养具有重要意义。

The culture of experimental teaching center is an important part of university culture,it is the sum of the material and spiritual wealth created by leaders,managers and laboratory participants in the construction,management and use of the laboratory.This paper probes into the connotation and value of central culture,and puts forward that the central culture must be integrated into the mainstream culture of the school,which embodies the spirit of the University and the characteristics of school.The internal relations between the central culture and the talent cultivation is analyzed,and the combination of the central culture,the talent cultivation goal,and the cultivation program is put forward.This paper expounds the main methods for the cultivation of innovative talents with central culture,which is of great significance to the construction of the experimental teaching center and the cultivation of talents.
